Frozen Spice Route Oolong Chai Latte

We’re coming out of the gate strong – this drink is luxuriously creamy but actually has no added sugar. Feel free to add sugar as you see fit – we recommend adding it during the steeping phase and disintegrating the sugar right into the tea. You can also tinker with different milks or creams depending on your preference.

3 tsp. Spice Route Oolong Chai loose tea
1 – ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp. vanilla extract

Seven Sisters Spice Route Oolong Chai Loose TeaSTEPS:

1. Put the Spice Route Oolong Chai into a small saucepan with 3 cups of water and bring to a rapid boil. Turn off heat and let steep/cool for around 15 minutes.
2. Strain tea into blender, add almond milk, add vanilla extract. Fill blender to the top with ice cubes.
3. Turn blender on high until the latte is smooth and just how you want it.
4. Pour into glasses. Depending on which notes of the chai you prefer you can garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise or (if you want to go wild) a vanilla bean.
5. Enjoy!
